We have three main screens for looking after your clients, the client screen shows your clients personal details, their name, address, contact details, shipping address, doctors address, consultants address and main conditions as well as weight, height and body mass index.
Then we have the history page which links to the clinics that the client has attended, any electronic notes that you took during the consultation, the orders that they have placed with you, links to any supplement programmes, MYMOP scores, and a record of correspondence. Effectively this is the links from the client table to records in other tables.
Finally there is the details pages with extra information on pregnancies and tests that the patient has undergone. This sheet also includes a placeholder for storing the photo of the client. A link to any "To Do" items for the client as well as a link to their MYMOP scores. Currently there is just the 47 IgG blood test results that are recorded but others could be added. If there are tests that you regularly use then let us know, you never know, if there is popular demand then it could appear in the next version.
