A clinic, in Clinic-Aid's terms, is a method of recording the time and location of a clients consultation with the therapist, with of course the therapists name. We have just the one main Clinic view showing the location, date of the appointment, the practitioner seen, the money charged (paid and due), indication of a no show and no of visits. There are minor pages linked with this table dealing with letters regarding the appointment and reports pages. This allows you to generate receipts or invoices for the clinic. These letters are designed so that you can fold the letter and use windowed envelopes, saving the effort of producing labels or printing on the envelope.
