Licence for Clinic Aid
Clinic-Aid has been heavily used and working for the Endometriosis and Fertility Clinic for over eight years. Earlier versions implied that you required a FileMaker licence before you could use Clinic-Aid. It was rewritten in 2008 to a new version of FileMaker that allowed a stand alone version so no FileMaker license is required. We are now on version two of Clinic-Aid and we have announced a new cost effective way into buying Clinic-Aid, a yearly licence, which gives you the opportunity to use the product for one year and spread your expenditure. This also allows you to get updates to the software as they are produced.
You are able to freely download the programme but before you can use it you need to insert a licence code.
A trial licence code is available at no cost and gives you a fully functional, fully featured, version of the programme, however, you are limited to the number of records that you can create in each table. This should be enough to see how useful Clinic-Aid is and see how it will help with your business. However, to remove the record limitation you will need to buy a full licence.
A full licence allows you to use the software for one year, but this also entitles you to any updates and improvements in the software. There is also a single user or a multi user licence. If you are working together in a clinic with several practitioners then maybe the multi version licence would be better for you.

The cost of the Multi user yearly licence is £350.00 including VAT
The cost of setup and training is £300 including VAT
The test version can easily be updated to a working version with the update of a purchased licence
allowing you to continue using Clinic-Aid.
